Refund policy

Return Requests

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Remain unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be returned in its original condition

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return Charges:

The customer is responsible for all charges related to returning the goods, except in the case of faulty items, where the company will bear the return cost as per statutory rights.
